To our colleagues and clients….

We realize it can be disheartening when a practice says they are not taking new patients… we don’t like it either. So, here are some changes and information that we hope will help (sorry it’s a bit of a long one, have a cup of tea and a biscuit ready!)

1.  We have been working on re-structuring our services in a way that helps more patients access the skills and equipment that we have to offer, given that we are a tiny (but strong) little clinic, with the aim of maintaining the standard of care we aspire to in a way that is sustainable for everyone involved.

2.  We are updating our intake information and referral forms to offer better guidance to both referring vets and clients on what we do, the various levels and types of care available here, and which patients our modalities can help.
